WiBell Controller

WiBell Controller is the central manager for multi-bell installations. It is used to discover, organize, and control multiple WiBell devices from a single web interface.

All management runs on your local network. The controller does not require cloud services and there is no subscription. Access the interface from a phone or computer using a web browser.

Use the controller when you need coordinated schedules, grouped control, and consistent time across multiple bells in schools, factories, warehouses, and facilities.

How It Works

• Connect the controller to your building Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz only)
• Connect WiBell devices to the same Wi-Fi network
• Discover and rename devices for easy identification
• Create groups if different areas need different schedules
• Create schedules on the controller
• Push schedules to devices to activate them
• Use manual ring at any time (all, group, or single device)

• Schedules per group: Up to 500
• Total schedules: Up to 2000 (across all groups)
