About
Why WiBell exists
WiBell started when a local weekend school needed an automated bell system. The commercial options were priced for institutions, not small community programs that operate a few hours each week — that didn't make sense.
So we built a better solution: a self-contained bell you configure from your phone. No subscription. No cloud dependency. No Ethernet cables. No IT department required.
Today, WiBell is used by schools, factories, warehouses, and churches across the United States. We designed it for education — but the biggest surprise was how many facilities managers at manufacturing plants and distribution centers needed the exact same thing.
How we build
Every WiBell unit is hand-assembled and individually tested in Little Rock, Arkansas before it ships. We don't mass-produce overseas — each device is built with care and attention to quality.
Our products are designed for long-term, daily use in professional environments. Schools depend on them for class change bells. Factories rely on them for shift changes and break times. That kind of responsibility requires hardware that works every single day without fail.
Quality and compliance
Every WiBell product is third-party tested by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories.
- UL certified power supply — independently tested for electrical safety
- FCC compliant — tested for radio frequency emission standards
- Reese's Law compliant — child-safe battery compartment per 16 CFR Part 1263 and ANSI/UL 4200A
What we believe
No subscriptions, ever. You buy it once. It's yours. No monthly fees, no cloud accounts, no "premium features" locked behind a paywall.
Simple beats complicated. If your maintenance team can't set it up in 15 minutes, we've failed. WiBell creates its own WiFi hotspot — connect from your phone, set your schedule, done.
Local control matters. Your bell schedules live on the device, not on someone else's server. Internet goes down? Bells keep ringing on schedule.
