Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times begin after the order has shipped.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
CARRIERS
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your location.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
WiBell is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or within 7 days of the last tracking update.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
