Warranty Policy
WiBell products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage Period
This limited warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product. If a defect arises and a valid warranty claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or
- Issue a refund for the purchase price
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or improper power supplies
- Products used outside their intended environment or purpose
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at
support@wibell.net
with the following information:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return. In cases of verified defects, return shipping costs will be covered by WiBell.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a product must be returned due to a covered defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the issue is determined not to be covered under warranty, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiBell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of business, downtime, or data loss.
Relationship to Refund Policy
This warranty is separate from and does not extend the 30-day return period described in our Refund Policy. After the return window has closed, warranty claims apply only to covered defects.
