Purchasing FAQ
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Submit the form above (or email your PO to support@wibell.net) and we'll send an itemized quote you can route through purchasing. Once your PO is approved, we send an invoice with your PO number on it.
How does payment work?
Pay online by card, or by ACH or check — whatever your accounting office prefers. Verified schools, districts, government, and established businesses can order on net-30 terms: we ship on your approved PO and invoice with 30 days to pay.
Can you provide a W-9 or fill out vendor paperwork?
Yes. We'll include a W-9 with your quote on request, and we're happy to complete new-vendor or supplier registration forms — just mention it in the form above.
We're tax-exempt. How does that work?
Send your exemption certificate with your quote request and we'll set your order up without sales tax.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment, with free US shipping. Hardware is made in USA with imported components.
How many bells does my building need?
One bell covers about 8,000 sq ft. Multi-bell kits include a Controller so you set the schedule once and push it to every bell. Not sure? Pick “help me size it” in the form and we'll recommend a setup.
What does the system need from our network?
A single bell needs nothing — it creates its own WiFi hotspot and runs standalone. Multi-bell kits need the Controller and every bell on the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network (5 GHz is not supported). That network does not need internet access — nothing is cloud-hosted. Because the bells are reached over your network rather than by radio, the working range is simply your WiFi coverage: separate buildings on the same network run from one Controller. Setup guide.
