Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@wibell.net. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
For all other approved returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
